Case Manager
Full-time EARN Workforce Specialist to provide daily oversight of client participation & attendance in employment & training programs.
Must be able to work with a diverse population and manage a large caseload. E.O.E. Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and experience required. Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances required. EOE.
Data Entry Specialist Project Coordinator
Two openings for Data Entry Specialist Project Coordinators to support the growing EARN Program in the Central Region. The EARN program serves individuals who are receiving TANF benefits with programming designed to help them overcome barriers and work towards self-sufficiency. These positions will oversee data entry, program services and customer documentation to ensure the quality and accuracy of program records. These positions will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance related to program performance and service delivery. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or a combination of education and experience. These positions require strong organizational skills, a desire to serve others, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze data. This position travels frequently within the region.
Community Impact Coordinator
Full-time Community Impact Coordinator. The successful candidate will develop and prioritize diversity and equity initiatives both internally and in the community. This person will promote a holistic approach to diversity and equity in our communities that will align with the mission and values established by CSO. They will meet with Businesses and Corporations in Northumberland, Columbia, and Montour Counties to establish a working relationship and awareness. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience, which indicates possession of skills, knowledge, and abilities listed above. EOE.
